Obituary For Troy William Knutson

Troy William Knutson, 51, of Bonney Lake, Washington, passed away on April 7, 2020 peacefully in his sleep. Troy was born in Auburn, Washington, November 29, 1968. He was raised in Kent, Washington and graduated from Kentridge High School in 1987. It was there he met the love of his life, Jill. They were married in September 1990 and have spent the past 30 years raising two fantastic children of whom he was very proud. Troy experienced a lifelong career in the printing industry. Since 2007 he had been employed by TrojanLitho as a well-respected estimator. He was kind, funny and enjoyed being a family man. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. Troy is survived by his wife, Jill Knutson; two children, Rachel Pellham and Devon Knutson; his parents Bill and Pat Knutson; his sister Lori Thompson; and countless other friends and relatives. He was blessed with one grandchild, Juniper and one on the way. Troy is loved and missed by all who had the privilege to know him. Due to constraints from the Governor’s stay at home order, a memorial service will be planned at a later date. Condolences for the family may be offered online at sumnervoiles.com.

Our wonderful Son Troy, was taken from us way too soon. We loved him so much. Although I know we will see him again one day, it is the waiting that is so unbearable. We will miss you everyday for the rest of our lives. You were precious little boy and grew into an amazing adult. We were so very proud of you...Love Mom and Dad

I am so sorry for your loss. Troy was always welcoming and warm to us Canadians when we came to visit. I appreciate his sense of humor and commitment to family. I am happy that we were all able to see each other at the reunion this summer. It is hard to deal with the fact that we can\'t gather for a memorial now, but as soon as we can gather again I hope to be able to make it to memorialize Troy. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jill and family - I had the privilege to work with Troy for several years at TrojanLitho. He was exceptional at his work and a great human being. He loved you all very much and enjoyed recounting stories of home life with you all. My heart hurts. -Jackie
