The only thing my dad loved more than himself was Jesus... In life he was an eccentric soul. He read everything, wrote in his journal. He was a Veteran but he never really talked about his service. He loved cooking and creating recipes from scratch. He loved all kinds of music and in his former life he loved to dance. In a recent conversation with one of my dad\'s friends I found out he was a respected Welder. He loved old cars and working on projects with his best friend Ted. He was always one step away from getting his big break. My dad was a follower of the Bible Missionary Church and was always striving to live up to the churches expectations. He had a quick sense of humor and he was very loyal to his Brothers. Each one helping to shape him in their own unique way. My dad passed suddenly and his wish was to be an organ and tissue donor. I honored his wishes. My Dad is survived by his four kids, four grandchildren, Brothers Bob and Glen and sister Darlene. And tons of nieces and nephews. In the end my dad passed and peace filled the room. His hard work paid off. He finally got his big break. He had no bigger goal then to go be with Jesus and I know in my heart he is with him right now.
From the song \" He\'ll Be There\" \"If you think you can not stand, let Him take you by the hand, Let Him lead you to green pastures, He\'ll be there. If you can not sing a song, and the tunnel seems so long, Let your faith in Him be strong, He\'ll be there\"
