Obituary For Charles Lyle Simpson

Charles Lyle Simpson passed away peacefully at his home Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. Born March 30, 1963 in Salem, Oregon to Darlene Bosteder, and Bobby Simpson.

Charles leaves behind his loving wife, Lisa Simpson, 3 beloved children, Nicole Laird, Charles Simpson Jr, and Stephanie Madsen, 4 wonderful grandchildren, Michael Madsen, Angel Laird, Olivia Madsen, and Hunter Simpson.

He also leaves behind siblings, Karen Joseph, Bobby Simpson Jr., Brenda Wytcherley, Tommy Simpson, and Steve Simpson. He also leaves many nieces and nephews, and cousins. All those left behind were loved dearly by Charles.

He loved sports, spending time with his family, his dogs, and food. He loved telling jokes, showing his disappearing cigarette trick, card tricks. He loved singing funny songs (sometimes inappropriate). He loved to make you laugh.

He was loved by so many. Charles we will miss you forever. Until we meet again. God Bless.

Chuck was my stepdad for 33 years. He taught me how to eat and eat good. I was proud of the fact that I could keep up with him. He knew how to have fun and I remember watching his grandkids have a blast with him. He is truly missed.

The last time I seen Uncle Chuck, him and Aunt Lisa came to my house to visit, I was talking to someone and Uncle Chuck came up and said "here Jenny" I continued to talk and keep eye contact with the person I was talking to but reached my hand out to grab what he was handing me.....well it was his FALSE TEETH! I dropped them and screamed "wth Uncle Chuck". Everyone was laughing, my mom recorded the whole thing. Lol he was always playing jokes. I grew up close with my uncle and seen him a lot, I love you and will miss you very much. ❤️
