Obituary For Charlene Jo McDougall

Charlene Jo McDougall, 77, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away in her home surrounded by her family on February 2nd, 2023 in Buckley, Washington. Charlene was born in Seattle, Washington to Charles and Helen Briglio (Novito) on March 31st, 1945. She grew up in a big Italian family in West Seattle and graduated from West Seattle High School in 1963. She married the love of her life Alan McDougall in 1969 and had two daughters, Kim and Shannon. She worked as office administrator for The Boeing Company retiring after 37 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren who she adored more than anything. She especially loved watching her grandkids play soccer, never wanting to missing a game. She was a talented quilter and loved spending hours in her sewing room creating beautiful pieces for family and friends. It brought her so much joy and happiness to spend hours in her sewing room working away late into the evening. Charlene is survived by her husband, Alan McDougall, Her daughters; Kim Mahaffey and Shannon Miller. Her Grandchildren; Max, Bailey, Mia and Khloe and Sister, Cathy Allen. She is proceeded in death by her Father and mother, Charlie and Helen Briglio. As well as her sister, Christine Pompeo.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 31st, 2023 at 1:00pm St Francis Of Assisi Catholic Church: 15216 21st Ave SW Burien, WA 98166.
