Obituary For Candace L Lynn

Candace L. (Collins) Lynn, of Puyallup, WA, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at her place of residence. She was 38. She was born on September 4, 1983, in Las Vegas, NV. She attended Emerald Ridge High School in Puyallup, graduating in 2002. In 2007, she married Eric A. Lynn, and together they had a daughter, Breanna (Breezy) M. Lynn. Later, Candace gave birth to a son, Ryker Chimenti, in 2019 with her partner Tyler R. Chimenti. Candace is survived by her children, Breanna Lynn and Ryker Chimenti, brother Clay Collins and parents Patrick and Margi Collins. Candace spent most of her professional career in aviation. She graduated with an Associates degree in Aviation from Northwest Aviation College (NAC) in Auburn. She also secured her pilot certificates of PPL, IR, CFI, CFII, CSEL, CMEL, and MEI and went on to pilot for several regional airlines in the northwest. Besides her children, Candace’s most enjoyed and cherished moments were in the cockpit. She will be greatly missed by her family and everyone that knew her. “She loved her trucks, boys, cats, airplanes, dance, and later her kids…” “She could do anything she set her mind to.” “You have been and will be missed Candace. Into the sunset, may you rest easy my friend.” “May you always have clear skies and tailwinds.” Funeral services will be privately held. Our family’s thanks to the great people of Sumner Voiles Funeral Chapel for all of their support. A celebration of life will be announced in the near future. Memorial donations may be made in Candace’s name to the Seattle Chapter of Women in Aviation International, scholarship program @ www.waiwashingtonstate.org
