Andrew Louis Theriault, known to his friends and family as Andy or Drew, passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 60. At the time of his passing, he was living in Sumner, Washington.

Drew was born on August 17, 1964 in Northampton, Massachusetts to Louis and Peggy Theriault. Growing up in western Massachusetts, Drew attended Sanderson Academy in Ashfield and Mohawk Trail Regional School in Buckland. During his junior year, he moved to Texas, attending Burnet High School and graduating from Nacogdoches High School in 1982. He went on to earn a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in April, 1989, followed by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands School of Business in Redlands, California in September, 1990.

A man of deep faith, Andy served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Vienna, Austria, becoming fluent in German at the age of 19. His love for service extended beyond his mission and throughout his life. He was a man who found purpose in many humanitarian efforts, including a 2018 trip to Nepal with his spinal team at Globus Medical. Through his work at Globus, he was able to provide free spinal implants to patients in need, helping them receive life-changing procedures.

Through his role as a Globus representative, he was able to continually serve, assisting surgical teams with specialized tools to make the best possible outcomes a reality for many patients.

Drew’s life was filled with adventure and an unrelenting drive to excel. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in mountain and rock climbing, horseback riding, and camping. His love for competition extended from the baseball field to the family game table—he played to win but always with a spirit of fun. A voracious reader, he once completed the top 100 literary works in a single year.

Above all, Drew was known for his intelligence, quick wit, and hard work. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother who touched the lives of many. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; children, Nathan, Jacob, Haley (Radford), and Sara; parents, Louis and Peggy Theriault; and siblings, Elizabeth Michaelis, Daniel Theriault, and Marcy Dunaway.

Drew’s legacy of love, service, and adventure will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.

Services for Andrew Theriault will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 1 p.m. at 512 Valley Ave., Sumner, Washington 98390.
